THE BRIEFT INTRODUCTION TO JILI ACTIVATED CARBON FACTORY

Datong Locomotive Coal and Chemicals Company Limited ,the subsidiary company of CNR Electric Locomotive Corporation Limited that has come into the market together,is managed and accounted independently. It exists as a diversified economical entity that concentrates scientific research, producing and business trade together. Jili activated carbon factory, one component part of Datong Locomotive Coal and Chemicals Company Limited, is a middle-sized enterprise where the various granular activated carbons can be specially produced with the raw material of coal.

Jili Activated Carbon factory was founded in June of 1989. Its occupation area reaches 31322 m2 .The buildings in it cover the space of 8781 m2 .There is approximately 108 staff including 10 technical personnel. At present the factory owns 2 Slep furnaces with 500 tons in volume, 4 Slep furnaces with 800 tons in volume, and 3 big storehouses that can keep1000 ton material. The main equipments contain: 4 set of crushers, 5 set of screening machines, 2 removing rock machines, 1 magnetic separation machine ( to attract iron in the mixture), 2 set of removing surface dust equipment , mainly two kinds of packing machine: 500KG and 25KG and other auxiliary facilities, 3 boilers and the sluice pool included. Even the relative equipments in laboratory, the total number of equipments comes to 21. Moreover, it possesses the advanced processing lines for the treatment after producing activated carbon. The gross output value amounts to 5000 tons per year.

The manufactures are mainly the granular activated carbon in various specifications, such as 8x30mesh, 12x40mesh, 4x8mesh, 10x35mesh, 30x80mesh, 200mesh, 325mesh and so on. The raw and processed material...
